Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing required.
• Bachelors in Nursing required within 5 years (MI).
• Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support required within 90 days.
• AHA Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 180 days.
• Fetal Heart Monitoring Certification required within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per ANA standards and nursing process.
• Provide safe, evidence-based care to mothers and newborns.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support high-risk deliveries.
