Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care to patients and families across diverse settings. The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing and delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs while delivering care according to nursing standards.

The role requires assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency within a High Reliability Organization. Day shift, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
• BLS Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families across diverse care settings.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with the care team to revise plans of care based on evaluative data.
• Engage in process improvement activities to support clinical quality and safety.
