Job summary

Visalia Post Acute is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities, ensure quality of care, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will lead LVN/LPNs, CNAs, and other staff, coordinate care plans, and participate in quality assurance and training initiatives.

The role requires a BSN from an accredited program, current RN license, and at least two years of supervisory experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Must have BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a long-term care setting.
• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• Knowledge of PCC EHR or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day nursing activities per tour of duty.
• Supervise, instruct and assist LVN/LPNs, CNAs, and other staff.
• Make rounds, provide reports, and respond to call signals.
• Develop, review, and implement care plans for residents.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in QA activities.
