Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee daily nursing activities and ensure quality care across the facility. The role requires supervising staff, coordinating with the Director of Nursing, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations during the shift.

The ideal candidate will hold a Nursing Degree, an active California RN license, and CPR certification, with experience in long‑term care settings preferred. This position is on-site in Poway, CA.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in California required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
• Assist DON/ADON and participate in developing policies for the nursing service.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and standards.
• Participate in quality assurance and committee activities as directed.
• Maintain accurate records and report to leadership as needed.
