Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises the professional nursing staff and auxiliary personnel serving in various units; ensures CNA work schedules are completed and adjusted as needed.
• Ensures that all elements of resident care plans are implemented and maintained.
• Maintains a safe resident and employee environment, minimizing accidents and hazards.
• Enforces the facility's Abuse and Neglect policies.
• All other duties as assigned.
