Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed RN in Illinois.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Create an environment fostering collegial relationships across departments and serve as a connector between nursing and other disciplines.
- Interact with on-call senior management during weekends and holiday hours.
- Hold staff accountable for quality care delivery and assess staff competence.
