Job summary

Nexus Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee resident care operations, support nursing staff, and uphold clinical excellence in our long-term care facility.

As an RN with leadership skills, you will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensure care plans are followed, manage medications, and maintain accurate resident documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities
