This role requires an active CT RN license, a nursing degree, and CPR certification.

You will supervise Charge Nurses and CNAs, maintain care plans, transcribe orders, and document nursing notes while coordinating with physicians.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered RN license in Connecticut.
• Minimum of a nursing degree from an accredited institution.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct total nursing care activities during shifts to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Maintain current resident care plans and review daily records.
• Administer medications as prescribed and respond to emergencies.
• Supervise Charge Nurse and CNA performance.
• Document nursing notes and communicate with physicians as needed.
• Promote positive resident and family relations.
