PACS Group is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities across the facility during your shift, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local standards and delivering high-quality resident care.

The role requires BSN, 2+ years supervisory experience in long-term care, and familiarity with PCC EHR. You will lead licensed and support staff, coordinate admissions, and ensure accurate orders and documentation.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Knowledge/experience with PCC EHR software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities and ensure quality care.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care and rounds.
• Supervise LVN/LPNs, Treatment Nurses and CNAs with timely responses to calls.
• Assist physicians and other health professionals during visits and exams.
• Maintain communication with physicians, families, and staff regarding patient condition and orders.
• Oversee care plans, documentation, and QA processes to meet regulatory standards.
