Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. seeks a Nursing Supervisor in Sacramento, CA to provide direct and indirect patient care under a physician’s plan, oversee assessments, care planning, and patient education, and ensure compliance with Medicare and agency policies.

The role includes leadership of the nursing team, potential alternate administrator duties, and on-call responsibilities; travel within service area may be required. Sign-on bonus eligible and a 5% annual bonus are included.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice with 1 year of nursing supervisory/charge experience, or 3 years of relevant nursing experience with progression.
• Required CPR certification.
• Member of a state or national professional organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct and indirect patient care under physician plan of care.
• Oversee patient assessment and care planning.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans.
• Evaluate progress and adjust plan of care as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation bodies.
• Assist in recruitment, development and supervision of staff.
• Coordinate on-call responsibilities and communications.
