Job summary

Liberty Health and Rehab is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) for the Johnston County facility. The part-time, day shift (7a-7p) role involves supervising nursing staff, coordinating care, and assisting the Director of Nursing to ensure quality geriatric care.

Expect the RN to supervise during shifts, handle staff issues promptly, participate in on-call rotation, and comply with all relevant regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• RN with NC license, active.
• CPR certified.
• Geriatric care interest.
• Attend in-service training.
• Able to supervise staff and ensure timely assignments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Facility nursing staff during the shift.
• Assist Nursing Director in directing the Nursing Services.
• Ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act and policies.
• Supervise during acute patient episodes.
• Handle employee issues and document actions.
• Assume on-call responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
