Job summary

Liberty Senior Living is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead the nursing team and ensure high quality patient care during shifts.

Responsibilities include directing Nursing Services, supporting the Director of Nursing, supervising staff, and addressing personnel issues, while adhering to policies and regulations.

This role requires an NC RN license, high school diploma, CPR certification, and LTC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed by the NC Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification current (yearly).
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating care.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Facility and direct nursing staff during shifts.
• Assist Director of Nursing in directing and coordinating Nursing Services.
• Oversee nursing services per policies and state/federal rules.
• Supervise and assist nurses with patients during acute episodes.
• Handle employee issues promptly and maintain records.
• Accept on-call responsibilities and perform other duties as assigned.
