Job summary

Liberty Commons of Alamance County is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality geriatric care. The role involves supervising staff on shift, assisting the Director of Nursing, and maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate is an RN licensed in North Carolina, CPR certified, and committed to staff development and patient-focused care within a full-time day schedule.

Qualifications

• RN licensed by North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• CPR certified yearly.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Facility nursing staff during each shift.
• Assist Director of Nursing in directing and coordinating Nursing Services.
• Oversee nursing services in compliance with policy, regulations, and Act.
• Handle on-call responsibilities and address staff issues promptly.
