Responsibilities

• Supervises the Facility nursing staff during shifts.
• Assists Director of Nursing in directing and coordinating Nursing Services.
• Oversees nursing care in accordance with Nursing Practice Act, Facility policies, and regulations.
• Supervises and assists nurses with patients during acute episodes.
• Addresses employee issues promptly and documents actions.
• Assumes on-call responsibilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
