Job summary

Stella Maris Inc in Baltimore seeks a Nursing Supervisor to lead the Jesuit Retirement Facility's nursing team on Roland Ave. You will coordinate staffing, ensure policy adherence, and maintain care standards for residents.

You will serve as a clinical resource during shifts, collaborate with administration, and drive quality assurance initiatives while ensuring timely, compassionate care for the Fathers and Brothers of the Jesuit Order.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience.
• Ability to supervise and develop nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor staffing to assure resident care quality.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Act as clinical resource and administrative representative on shift.
• Lead quality assurance processes and coordinate service recovery.
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely patient care delivery.
• Provide effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
