Responsibilities include nursing process implementation, ongoing patient monitoring, and meticulous documentation. Eligible candidates hold an RN or LPN license and will benefit from strong PTO, tuition reimbursement,

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required.
• Experience in a nursing role preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate total nursing for residents and lead with interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor residents' physical and mental status and respond to changes.
• Complete documentation per facility standards and nursing practice guidelines.
