Job summary

Civita-Care-Center in Stamford, CT, seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee nursing care on a shift, support RNs, LPNs and CNAs, and be a key resource for residents, families, and clinical teams.

You will ensure care plans and facility policies are followed, respond to emergencies as the primary clinical decision-maker, coach staff in real time, conduct rounds, and communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality care.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care, incidents, and resident status changes.
• Report concerns or issues to the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing.
