The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership, oversee assessments, documentation, and care plans, and collaborate with physicians and staff.

This role emphasizes strong supervision of CNAs/LPNs, coordination of care, and adherence to regulatory requirements, infection control, and patient dignity.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in the state of employment.
• Experience in long-term care, a skilled nursing facility, or a nursing home.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• CPR Certification.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and support a nursing team.
• Reliable attendance and a professional attitude.
