You will act as the primary clinical decision-maker during your shift, coordinate with physicians and families, and monitor performance while coaching staff. Strong documentation and communication are essential for resident well-being.

• Active RN license required for practice in the facility.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shifts.
• Ensure resident care is delivered according to care plans and facility policies.
• Respond to emergencies and act as the primary clinical decision-maker during shift.
• Monitor staff performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
• Conduct rounds to assess resident conditions and care needs.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care, incidents, and resident status changes.
• Report concerns or issues to the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing.
