The role collaborates with nursing leadership to align education programs with ANA standards, leads onboarding, and drives evidence-based practice through the Nursing Professional Development framework.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN.
• Experience: minimum 3 years active clinical nursing.
• ACD/acute care experience or specialty area: 1 year minimum.
• Licensure: CT RN license and upcoming NPD or Clinical Specialty cert within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Learning Facilitator: apply adult learning to bridge knowledge gaps.
• Collaborative Partner: assess learning needs and develop programs.
• Role Development: promote nursing practice per ANA standards.
