Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Manager of Nursing to co-lead the Emergency Department at Community Hospital South. The role focuses on sustaining high clinical standards, service excellence, and strong patient-physician relationships.

You will guide staffing, workload distribution, and utilization of personnel to meet patient needs while pursuing performance improvement and patient satisfaction targets. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RN experience required.
• 3+ years of management/leadership experience preferred.
• 3+ years of emergency department experience strongly preferred.
• 2-year/associate degree graduate of NLN, CCNE, or ACEN.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency required.
• Certification in Nursing Administration within three years of assuming the role.
• Knowledge and ability to apply Performance Improvement philosophy.
• Ability to manage departmental budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate, be flexible, and problem-solve.
