Alamance Health Care Center in Burlington, NC is seeking a qualified Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to lead nursing education and maintain high standards of patient care.

You will develop training, coordinate orientation, track certifications, and promote a culture of continuous learning. RN licensure in NC required; strong communication and organizational skills essential. This is a salaried/exempt position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active unencumbered RN license in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the center’s Director of HR to facilitate the center’s new hire orientation process.
• Develop, coordinate, and lead training and in-service education programs for staff.
• Promote culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all training activities and certifications.
• Conduct competency assessments and provide remedial training as needed.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
