Job summary

Alamance Health & Rehabilitation Center in Burlington, NC is seeking qualified individuals to join our growing team as RN, with both day and night shifts (12 hours, 7a-7p or 7p-7a) and supervisor positions open.

As an RN, you will provide hands-on nursing care, supervise CNAs, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, and deliver compassionate service, contributing to residents' independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in North Carolina.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional nursing care to each resident/patient.


• Supervise, coordinate, and direct the work of nursing assistants (CNAs).


• Work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and carry out individualized plans of care.


• Take ownership of the clinical product provided and ensure delivery of exceptional customer service.

What You Need

• Active Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Highly organized and detail oriented.


• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
