Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing

• CPR certification at hire or during orientation and kept current during employment

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct nursing staff
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise nursing staff
• Allocate CNAs and LPNs per shift and oversee patient care
• Manage nursing department budgets and ensure quality patient care
