• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate nursing staff and programs.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise nursing staff.
• Assign CNAs and LPNs per shift.
• Manage the nursing department budget and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Direct patient care and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient needs and safety.
