Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design individualized care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate patient care activities for regulatory compliance and standards.
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to promote best practices.
