The ideal candidate will have an RN license, a nursing degree (Diploma/AS), BLS, and supervisory experience in a skilled nursing setting; BSN and ACLS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing with active RN license.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred.
• CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality resident care and supervise nursing staff on assigned shift.

VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community comprised of a short-term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility as well as an assisted living unit. Located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Vibralife is a beautiful, one‑story, state‑of‑the‑art facility that includes the Vibra Rehabilitation Center and Vibra Senior Living. Expertly designed to address comprehensive care and living needs post injury or illness, VibraLife delivers a fully integrated care continuum for both patients and residents.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the delivery of efficient, high quality resident care. Responsible for personnel, management, and coordination of nursing service activities for the scheduled working shift, in accordance with established philosophy, objectives and policies of the facility. Works with employees and other mangers to develop systems and procedures necessary for daily operations, and provides training, information and support to solve problems and accomplish assigned objectives.

Required Skills

• Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required.
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor preferred.
• Critical care experience preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• CCRN preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
