The ideal candidate will have an RN license, a nursing degree (Diploma/AS), BLS, and supervisory experience in a skilled nursing setting; BSN and ACLS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing with active RN license.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred.
• CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality resident care and supervise nursing staff on assigned shift.
• Manage personnel, scheduling and nursing service activities.
• Collaborate with management to implement systems and procedures for daily operations.
• Provide training and support to staff to meet objectives.
