Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts - Central Campus in Rochdale, MA is seeking a Full Time Day Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee the delivery of high quality patient care, supervise nursing staff on the day shift, and coordinate activities in a fast-paced, acute care setting.

The role requires an active RN license in Massachusetts, a nursing degree, and current BLS/ACLS certification.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required.
• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Three years experience in an acute care setting preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• CCRN preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, high quality patient care.

We are seeking a Full Time Day Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team!

Hospital Details

Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts - Central Campus, located in Rochdale, MA is a 47 bed Critical Care Hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the delivery of efficient, high quality patient care. Responsible for personnel, management, and coordination of nursing service activities for the scheduled working shift, in accordance with established philosophy, objectives and policies of the hospital. The supervisor works with employees and other managers to develop systems and procedures necessary for daily operations, and provides training, information and support to solve problems and accomplish assigned objectives.

Required Skills:

• Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required.
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. Critical care experience preferred.
• Three (3) years experience in an acute care setting preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• CCRN preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
