Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center Of Tampa seeks an RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities and supervise LVN/LPN nursing staff, CNAs, and treatment nurses on duty. You will ensure timely communication with physicians, coordinate admissions, and respond to emergencies while maintaining quality care standards.

The role requires a BSN and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in long-term care, with current RN licensure and CPR certification.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a BSN.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a long-term care setting.
• Current RN license and CPR certification; maintain continuing education.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care and rounds.
• Instruct and assist LVN/LPNs, CNAs; respond promptly to care calls.
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding care and changes in condition.
• Develop, implement and maintain care plans and QA processes.
