Tidewell Hospice, part of Empath Health, seeks a Recent Grad RN to join a 12-month Nurse Residency program in southwest Florida. You’ll participate in weekly hospice-focused education, work under a Clinical Coach, and rotate through Hospice House, Home, ALF, and Admissions services.

The program starts with a 3:1 Nurse Resident/Clinical Coach ratio and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The position requires Florida RN licensure (or multi-state compact), CPR certification, and less than 1 year of

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Florida (or compact license) required.
• CPR certification from ARC or AHA.
• Less than 1 year of RN experience for residency.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 12-month Nurse Residency with clinical coaching.
• Attend weekly classroom Education for hospice care and family support.
• Rotations across Hospice House, Home, ALF, and Admissions teams.
• Shift schedule: 40 hours per week, typically 3x12 hour shifts.
• No prior medical/surgical experience required.
