Job summary

Suncoast Hospice, part of Empath Health, offers a 12-month Nurse Residency for recent grads. You’ll work 40 hours weekly, typically 3x12 hour shifts in a hospice setting, with ongoing clinical education and nurse-coach support.

Responsibilities

**Suncoast Hospice,** a part of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated Recent Grad RN to join our 12-month Nurse Residency program! As part of Empath Health, we help those living with advanced illness find comfort, dignity, and meaning, while supporting their families and caregivers with guidance and care every step of the way **What you'll Do*** We offer a 3:1 Nurse Resident / Clinical Coach ratio!* Weekly classroom education pertaining to the care of hospice patients & families will prepare the Nurse Resident to become a Certified Hospice Nurse after completion of the program. Exam fees are covered by Empath Health.* Schedule: 40 hours per week.
