Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned direct reports including recruitment, hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, development, education, competencies, performance evaluations, and payroll functions.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, creativity, and resource management to achieve quality performance and positive employee relations.
• Foster a culture of psychological safety where team members feel supported and empowered to speak up.
• Promote evidence-based practice, ensure quality outcomes, and uphold safety standards.
• Provide ongoing education and training to nursing staff to maintain high competency.
• Prepare the unit for audits and surveys, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate staff education.
• Manage nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and patient care.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and guidance.
• Assist in developing and evaluating service programs to ensure quality nursing and patient care.
• Manage budgets and resources to meet financial and operational goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
