AdventHealth in Celebration, FL is seeking an experienced RN leader to join our night shift team. You will oversee venous access, infusion therapies, and patient care ensuring safety and quality.

As Charge Nurse you will mentor staff, drive performance improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating care with patients and families. Eligible candidates have an RN license, BLS, and 1+ year leadership in acute care.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Active RN license and BLS required.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities
