AdventHealth in Calhoun, GA is seeking a dedicated registered nurse for full-time night shift to deliver holistic patient care. You will assess patients, plan and implement individualized care, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will participate in quality improvement, document meticulously, and maintain safety standards. RN licensing and acute care experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifikationen

• RN with active license and nursing degree.
• Proficient in patient assessments and care planning.
• Experience in hospital/acute care nursing is preferred.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with SMART goals.
• Administer medications and perform procedures safely.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and discharge plans.
• Advocate for patient safety and coordinate with the healthcare team.
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, social workers and staff.
• Collect and analyze patient data to guide care.
• Document care activities and patient responses in medical records.
• Adjust care plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Perform nursing procedures including wound care and catheterization.
• Maintain safety and adherence to policies; participate in bedside shift reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
