AdventHealth in Calhoun, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time, night shift 7pm–7am on a 3×12 schedule. The position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and up to 20% differential based on education and certification progression to support career growth.

As an RN you will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, create SMART care plans, administer medications and treatments, educate patients and families, and advocate for safe, high-quality care in collaboration with the health care team.

Formación

• RN licensure in Georgia.
• 1+ hospital/acute care nursing experience.
• Fluency in English (read, write, speak).
• Ability to work night shifts and be flexible.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine patient history and vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with SMART goals.
• Administer medications and treatments safely, including IV therapies.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge instructions; advocate for patient safety.
