Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.
• 1+ year hospital/acute care nursing experience preferred.
• RN experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ health to identify needs.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans with goals tailored to each patient.
• Administer treatments, medications, and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Facilitate safe patient transitions and discharge handoffs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
