Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Nurse Manager, RN to lead a nursing unit and ensure high-quality resident care. You will evaluate resources, delegate appropriately, and direct the nursing process to improve outcomes across the unit.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, monitor compliance with regulations, and maintain documentation to support safe, patient-centered care within Monarch's Minnesota facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have current RN license in Minnesota.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Care Planning: collect data, assess needs, develop individualized plans with the team.
• Clinical Nursing Practice: supervise care, meds, labs, and ensure resident rights.
• Staff Supervision and Management: oversee RNs, LPNs, CNAs; delegate tasks and guide emergencies.
• Documentation and Communication: maintain records and communicate needs and orders clearly.
• Medication and Compliance: administer meds per policy and ensure safety standards.
• Facility Compliance and Development: support QA, training, licensure upkeep, and safety.
