Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an RN to manage and supervise resident care in alignment with Minnesota standards, ensuring high-quality person-centered care. The role includes comprehensive health assessments, care plan development, and supervision of nursing staff within a QA-driven setting.

Responsibilities include IV therapy, PICC line care, and resident education, while ensuring HIPAA compliance, safety protocols, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Oversee and implement nursing interventions, evaluating outcomes.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure appropriate staffing and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure infection control standards.

Education

Nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing

Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license

CPR certification (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)
