Fairport Rehab and Nursing, a 142-bed facility in New York, is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and uphold resident-centered care.

This full-time day-shift role offers competitive salary, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Competenze

• Current New York State RN license is required.
• Prior nursing supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, delegation, and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency with EMR systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Position Overview

As a key member of our nursing leadership team, the Nurse Manager will help oversee daily nursing operations, support staff development, promote regulatory compliance, and ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day nursing operations.
