As a key member of our nursing leadership team, the Nurse Manager will help oversee daily nursing operations, support staff development, promote regulatory compliance, and ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care.
Lead and support day-to-day nursing operations.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff.
Promote staff development, accountability, and adherence to facility policies and procedures.
Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team.
Ensure accurate, timely, and complete nursing documentation.
Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance activities.
Monitor care practices and promote consistent standards of quality and safety.
Collaborate with nursing leadership and other departments to address resident and facility needs.
Share on-call responsibilities with the nursing leadership team.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Current New York State RN license required.
Prior nursing supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, delegation, and organizational skills.
Computer proficient with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Demonstrated commitment to integrity, teamwork, and compassionate resident care.
