Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Director to lead the resident services team at The Brennity at Melbourne. You will oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of caregiving staff, develop care plans in collaboration with physicians, and ensure smooth coordination with residents' families to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

You bring RN or LVN licensure and 1+ year of management in assisted living or memory care, strong communication, and a commitment

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN or LVN).
• 1+ years of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of caregivers.
• Develop and monitor resident service plans and care coordination with physicians.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in surveys.
• Facilitate family involvement and smooth move-ins/outs as needed.
