Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator (LPN/LVN) at The Brennity at Melbourne to support resident care through staffing coordination, care plan development, and collaboration with physicians and family members. You will recruit, schedule, supervise caregivers, monitor service plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate, high-quality senior care.

Ideal candidates are LPN/LVN graduates with 1+ year of management experience in an Assisted Living

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• At least 1 year of management experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
• Strong written communication and computer skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of all caregivers to assure quality services.
• Plan and delegate work assignments, ensuring effective scheduling.
• Assist the Resident Services Director in providing case management services to residents.
• Facilitate and encourage family involvement with residents.
• Assist in coordination of resident move-in/move-out for smooth transitions.
• Investigate incidents, identify safety hazards, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Monitor resident service plans.
• Coordinate wellness activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in surveys.
