Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Director to lead the resident services department, coordinate staffing, develop care plans, work with physicians and discharge planners, and communicate with families while providing the highest-quality care to our seniors. • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN or LVN).
• 1+ years of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.
• Clear communication with residents, families, physicians, and staff is essential.
• Strong written communication and computer skills are required.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of caregivers.
• Plan and delegate work assignments, ensuring effective scheduling.
• Provide case management services to residents.
• Facilitate family involvement with residents.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out to ensure smooth transitions.
• Investigate incidents and address safety hazards promptly.

What does a Resident Services Director at Sagora do?

• Availability to work outside of normal operating hours including evenings and weekends is required
• Must possess or be willing to acquire a valid driver's license to drive on company time as needed
