Allina Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations, mentor staff, and coordinate clinical activities in a fast-paced inpatient unit. The role supports the Patient Care Manager in planning and evaluating care delivery and drives unit performance.

The incumbent will supervise staff, facilitate onboarding and training, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain open communication with PCM. This is an 8-hour day shift with 0.8 FTE and no weekend duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Associate’s or vocational nursing degree with related BSN/BAN or active enrollment acceptable.
• 3–7 years in inpatient hospital nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and evaluates staff performance.
• Manages staff assignments and ensures adequate nursing coverage.
• Coordinates patient care delivery and supports the Patient Care Manager.
