Qualifications

• Minimum two years of nursing experience in long-term care or SNF settings.
• Experience with staff development, onboarding, and training is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory training and credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the professional development program in long-term care and sub-acute settings.
• Assist onboarding and training of new staff and ongoing staff development.
• Roll out new compliance and regulatory training to maintain accreditation.
• Ensure the center remains compliant with licensure and educational requirements.
