Willow Creek Health Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the PM shift. The role supervises day-to-day nursing activities, administers medications and treatments, and ensures high-quality resident care under the DON/ADON direction.
Ideal candidates hold a California RN license, have at least 1 year of nursing experience, CPR certification, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills in a long-term care setting.
Pay range $40.00-$45.00 Schedule: Full-Time, PM Shift General Purpose
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise and coordinate the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during the PM shift. The Registered Nurse (RN) ensures that quality care is provided in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The RN will work under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to maintain the highest level of resident care and satisfaction.
This position requires working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals in a skilled nursing environment. The role involves periods of standing, walking, and occasional lifting. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure.
