Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a night shift RN supervisor for the Complete Care unit in Surprise, AZ. The role requires supervising staff, coordinating patient care, and escalating as needed while partnering with physicians on the medical plan of care.

Ideal candidates will have a BSN, an active Arizona nursing license, and at least 2 years of RN experience, with prior ER exposure preferred. A stroke-focused background and leadership responsibilities are key components of this position.

Qualifications

• Preferred ER RN experience required.
• BSN is required.
• Arizona nursing license or compact state licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates patient care and staff development.
• Assists Clinical Director in managing unit staff and patient population.
• Provides direct patient care as needed and collaborates with physicians on care plans.
• Engages in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to ensure department goals.
