Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking an RN Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. The role centers on guiding care, ensuring safety, and maintaining standards while the facility operates through the night shift.

The RN will act as the primary clinical resource, supervise documentation, and coordinate nursing operations, with a focus on compliant, high-quality care and seamless collaboration with medical providers and staff.

Qualifications

• Lead overnight nursing team to ensure patient care remains on track.
• Serve as primary clinical resource during night shifts and quick decisions.
• Coordinate nursing operations for efficient, high-quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medications, and emergencies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with nursing practices, policies and correctional guidelines.
• Coach and mentor nurses to bring their best to every shift.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to maintain continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
