Qualifications

• To be considered for this position, you must be a graduate of an ACEN accredited associate's degree or diploma program.
• If graduated from a nursing program that was not ACEN-accredited, at least one year of RN experience in an applicable care setting is required.
• If graduation did not occur within the last two years, one year of RN experience in an applicable care setting or one year of current LPN experience at Mayo Clinic is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered nursing care in alignment with Mayo Clinic standards.
• Monitor and manage residents’ health needs across multiple care settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Accurately document skilled interventions to reflect clinical judgement and resident needs.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
